Training Effectiveness

Measurement and Evaluation have been changing and evolving across organisations. Organisations are increasing their investments in measurement and evaluation (up to 3-5%) of L&D Budgets. Organisations are moving up the value chain, away from measuring ROI.
 
Culture Impacting: We have created various models which can help organisations go beyond the concept of measuring training programs. We focus on effectiveness, efficiency and alignment of the entire training intervention. The process shifts the focus from measuring the program to how effectively the organisation is utilising learning.
 
Integrated: The information generated is actionable information for improvement. We track various lead measures so as to leverage early successes, bring in the course corrections by removing the barriers to learning application. Line managers are integral part of supporting application. This integration between the L&D and the line helps the chain of Impact (Reaction-learning-Application-Impact) to be strengthened at each level.
 
Learning Value: Value is created by building a credible process – one that generates value that is believable, realistic, and accurate, particularly from the view point of sponsors and stake holders.
 
Training Interventions: Evaluation projects involve detailed planning, Time bound execution. Project methodology works the best for these kinds of interventions. A retainer relationship is most suitable type of engagement.

BUSINESS ACUMEN FOR TRAINERS

  • This workshop focuses on the knowledge and skills that will help the trainers to transform into indispensible strategic partners with the organization's management. The construct is based on the three skills : Financial Skills, Partnering Skills, and Communication Skills.
 
  • To learn three skills – Financial Skills, Partnership Skills and the Communication Skills.
  • To gain a better understanding of the nature of work of other functional areas and how they contribute to the organization's objectives.
 

The Trainer will have the skills to become a strategic partner by strengthening the business acumen competency.

ROI IN LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

This workshop is based on the ROI model propagated by Jack Phillips. This workshop focuses on strategies that assists in collecting data before and after the program implementation. The construct is base on a process that generates a value that is credible, realistic and accurate, particularly from the point of view of stake holders.

  • To gain a better understanding of the strategies used to collect seven types of data from Inputs and indicators to Impact( tangible and Intangible)
 
  • The participants will be able to document the training effectiveness through a credible data based process.
